FRONT DOZER BLADE with Fully Hydraulically Controlled
Grader Function |
Front blade for tractors, with wheels or tracks, in two sections
that can be manually folded up for circulation on roads, and that
can be anchored on the central body which is 2.45 meters using
threaded tie rods in order to reach a maximum width of 3.5 meters.
Equipped with removable endbits based on the use and work requirements.
The blade is made of certified, high quality materials and is anchored on a
frame designed to withstand the high strain and thrust forces. It can be adapted
to any type of tractor. All GRADER movements can be performed hydraulically and
automatically via the electro-hydraulic controller with in-cabin command using
the electrical controller with 4 movement controls.
The blade can be supplied with Laser Function.
TECHNICAL DATA

One (1) jack for Forward and Reverse rotation.
One (1) jack for Laser Receiver with travel limiting valve, max travel 800
mm.
Two (2) jacks for Right and Left inclination
One (1) jack for raising/lowering
One (1) electro-hydraulic controller to control the blade automatically directly
from inside the tractor cabin.
The Scraper is controlled from the tractor cockpit, with the double
effect remote controls that the tractor is fitted with. Therefore,
all standard machines are designed to performe their movements
through two double effect controls, the first governing the lifting
and lowering movements through the front articulated cylinder (which
can be also set for laser functioning) the second for opening and
closing the bulkhead. When controls reach their end run position,
they cause overpressure: oil flows through a sequence valve to
the back cylinder which in turn moves the hatchback forward or
backward according to need.
If a customer wishes to remove the sequence valve from the standard version,
then it is necessary to install three remote controls to operate the machine
three main movements.
The front articulated cylinder serves to perform the machine loading operations:
the blade cutting depth will be set according to the nature of the soil and
the power of the tractor.
At the same time, the other remote control allows to operate the bulkhead,
choosing the opening size which is most suitable to collect the earth that
is being cut by the blade.
Once the Scraper is loaded, the bulkhead is closed while the whole machine
is lifted to be transported. At the unloading site, the amount of earth to
be unloaded can be adjusted widening or reducing the space between the blade
and the ground; then the bulkhead is opened, and the earth starts being dumped.
When the bulkhead reaches its maximum opening, the remote control button must
not be released until the machine is completely empty: the pressure of bulkhead
cylinders will be transmitted to the back cylinder operating the hatchback,
which will push the soil to the blade thus unloading the machine completely.
After unloading is completed, the same remote control will operate the machine
in reverse order, closing the bulkhead tight and putting the hatchback back
into its normal position, ready to start a new loading cycle.

JENNY LEVEL SYSTEM
The presented equipment aims at simplifying, by reducing costs
and times, the cost estimation procedure for land grading.
Nearly always, the grader's final user is a third party who has
to perform an economic estimate before the job can be commissioned.

Currently, operators have to carry out ground surveys by
foot using a foot using metered bard and copying data on
paper sheets, then tracing the ground in lenght and width with regular
distances from one sight to the other with considerable waste of
time and effort.
Our electronic survey system uses a normal laser and receiver
which the user already owns for fuctioning of the grader combined
to a 12v electric telescopic shaft to mount on a tractor-like mechanic
vehicle, pick-up, jeep, etc.
In this way, one proceeds comfortably seated on the vehicle and
the system supplies in real time, through an appropriate transducer,
the height of the spot being examined.
Such value is then associated to the latitude and longitude coordinates
supplied by the equipment's inbuilt GPS measurer.
Once the survey is through, data is downloaded serially on the
pc, where a dedicated post-processing software
package carries out the conversation into a compatible file for
a dedicated estimation programme, which traces the contour lines
and carries out processing using indications and prints necessary
for grading of the ground surveyed.
